These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings, purchases, and use of training services, courses, workshops, and digital materials offered by Mindful Skills Virtual Academy (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By booking a course, accessing our materials, or using our website, you agree to these Terms.
All bookings must be confirmed in writing.
Full payment is due before the training date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Quotes are valid for 14 days.
Prices may change without notice, but confirmed bookings will not be affected.
More than 7 days before the session: Full refund or free reschedule.
3–7 days before: 50% refund or 1 free reschedule.
Less than 72 hours before: No refund (reschedule fee may apply).
Non-attendance without prior notice is considered a no-show
No refunds apply for no-shows
Group Bookings
Client must confirm number of attendees at least 48 hours before training
No refunds for unused seats once numbers are confirmed
If we must cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a new date or a full refund.
Digital Products (Workbooks, PDFs, Videos)
Because digital products are immediately accessible, no refunds are offered after purchase.
Processing of Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days
Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for purchase

All materials (PDFs, slides, videos, workbooks, images, etc.) remain our intellectual property.
Materials may not be shared, copied, resold, republished, or distributed without written permission.
Purchasing a course grants you a single-user licence for personal or organisational use.
Our courses provide general guidance and are not legal advice.
Implementation of recommendations remains the responsibility of the client.
We cannot be held liable for how organisations apply policies, procedures, or training content.
Participants must attend the full session to receive certificates (if applicable).
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure staff availability and connectivity for virtual training.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from course participation or use of materials.
Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific booking.
All participant information is treated as confidential.
We expect respectful conduct during training. Disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the session.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
